We at RLL Boats are a well established, award winning boat builder who have over 30 years experience and knowledge under our belts.  The company was originally founded by boat lover Rod Boyce; now, it is more of a family run business where Rod works alongside his children – Lee who runs the workshop and Charlotte who deals with the interior design of the boats.  We are a team dedicated to making dream vessels that you would be proud of to show off on the water.

RLL is located in Keynsham and is currently based in a 8000 sq ft factory and 2 1/2 acre yard space on the River Avon waterfront near to Keynsham lock.  So no matter how big you want your boat – we have the space to design and build it! However we must say, we are more than just a bespoke boat builder business, we also offer maintenance services for all types of boats and we offer a storage facility for boats too for those that would like a site to carry out their own maintenance work on.

Every boat we build is an innovation on the water.  Each one is completely individual and holds a completely unique bespoke design based on the wishes and requiements of the client.  Whilst we work alongside them for the design process, we try to to reflect their imagination, their personality and taste, as well as their needs and requiremnets, and then our team we can come up with the best design for your dreams to be bought to life on the water.  We will make sure we make use of every inch of space available as well as keeping it to budget.

To us, attention to detail is an absolute must! All of our team of skilled fabricators and welders will bring you the “Rolls Royce” of the boating world with all the finest exterior finishes and our professional interior team of Joiners, plumbers, painters and electricians will bring you an interior finish that some would not think would be possible to achieve in a boat.

So what makes us different to other boat building companies? You may ask…  well our unique way is reflected in the details of the end result.  We simply use full lengths of steel that are bought in decoiled, shotblasted and prefab primed on request which means there would be no joins the entire length of the boat giving that clean mirror like finish.
